Worst experience ever ! Have not got my furniture in over 2 years, their always making excuses. When they call saying it’s on the way they never show up. I have taken off work and went into there and all the managers hide. No one can explain anything DO NOT GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!
My daughter bought a 4 piece couch set from Ashley Furniture on Pat Booker Rd back on 6/10/21 and still is having problems getting the correct pieces. Today is 11/1/21 and they brought the wrong set again ... Not only did they send the wrong parts, it was the wrong color and appeared to be used and soiled. What kind of business is this? Bought $4.000.00 dollars in furniture was offered a gift card in the process. Six months later still no gift card store says it it a third party offer and out off there hands very unsatisfied customer very bad experience delivery was very bad nine months to get
Ashley furniture is a scam. We purchased a bedroom set, decided to save the 200.00 on delivery so decided to pick up furniture. Waited several days to ensure all furniture was available. When arrived in New Braunfels Tx we were told not all furniture was available so if we only took part of it WE WOULD BE CHARGED A FEE FOR taking part of the bedroom set. We canceled the order!
I purchased a sectional in June. Received 3 pieces on July 2,2020. The middle Wedge did not arrive until August 25, 2020 for the middle Wedge. By August 2020 my Right arm power recliner was defective. I told the store the recliner was damaged July 10 after receiving it July 2. They gave me the “pass around” through 13 different people. Do NOT use this store. Ordered a patio set to be white gloves put together. The delivery people refused to put together the table. When I asked to speak to their manager they said they are subcontractors and for me to contact my salesman. When I called the store at 11 am on a Friday the message said they’re closed.
