I would give this store a zero star if I could. I had the most horrible experience at Ashley (Pat Booker Rd, San Antonio). Their salesperson David Hernandez made a mistake in my order. Delivered the wrong product & it took them 4 months to deliver the right item. And they don’t want to honor the discount of the same product at the time I purchased it. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Useless, disorganized, incompetent! And believe it or not, their distribution centers are even worse! Waited months for a dining room set. Chairs were delivered but no table. Chairs wobbled. Repairman came out and fixed one and could not fix the other. Told him it was still wobbling. He left. Now Ashley says they were fixed.
