**** WARNING **** Never Buy Anything Made By Ashley Furniture and Never Buy Furniture From Ashley. They use a Bait & Switch Scam to deliver Junk. I bought furniture from Ashley Homestore (AHS) which is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG). As you know, I paid good money for New, Undamaged Furniture. DSG showed up to deliver the furniture. Do you not go to this furniture store! Find another one, any other store. Our experience here was awful. They ordered the wrong sofa for us and would not except responsibility for the mistake. We told them it had to be waterproof and they ordered something that wasn’t. I was willing to purchase something even more expensive. I simply needed them to take back the sofa that was wrong. Worst customer service in the industry. Warranty is a joke. Pay hundreds to have replacement delivered and take months to get it
Picked out a dining table in september, was told I'd be able to pick up October 12. I called to check on the status, and was told it wont available be until November. 😕

Repeat delivery delays ,waited months for delivery
Purchased a large sectional coach from them five years ago and of course something breaks after the warranty expired. I flipped the coach over and sure enough there was no staples/screws hold the boards together near the break. There were staples in the board but it looks like not a single one was actually connecting them together. I spoke with customer service after being on hold for over a hour and being transferred 3 times they stated they would send a tech out. My wife bought me a lift chai, a couple of years ago. I have already had a shift replaced last year. Out of warranty, now the electric pendant that raises and lowers is broke.... I have called now 3 weeks to get someone to come and look,NO RESPONSE! They sell nothing but JUNK! Do not trade with these people.
