**** WARNING **** Never Buy Anything Made By Ashley Furniture and Never Buy Furniture From Ashley. They use a Bait & Switch Scam to deliver Junk. I bought furniture from Ashley Homestore (AHS) which is owned by Dufresne Spencer Group (DSG). As you know, I paid good money for New, Undamaged Furniture. DSG showed up to deliver the furniture. I have used Gallery Furniture in the past and I wish I had purchased a recliner from them again. Their warranty work is exceptional. I will never use Ashley Furniture store in Humble Texas or anywhere else. They have given me numbers to call. Emails and work orders. Ashley in WI told me to call Humble who gave me the runaround before.
Ugh....0 stars if I could. I received a chair on 0917. The delivery men impatiently dropped the chair in my foyer and had me sign so they could get on their way, with the truck running in my drive. When I rolled the chair into my office, I realized the chair would not work with my desk. I called within an hour and the run around started. Ashley's website clearly states to call within 72 hours if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
