we suffered a housefire the end of feb. we went thenfirst Saturday in March to replace our dining room table. we were told 7 to 10 business days. i called today to check on it and was told its not scheduled to load till April 1. this was BEFORE the corona issue. i am going to be contacting the store for a refund.
The customer service is horrible, will never recommend anyone do business with this place.
I bought a Queen bed and mattress for my grandson. When his Father came home from military duty in Puerto Rico he told me it wasn't going to fit. I went to back to switch to twin bed and they told me it would be a re-stocking fee. so I said you are going to charge me a re stocking fee then turn around and sell it to someone else and they said yes. We have waited 6 1/2 weeks for our sectional when we were originally told 2 weeks. Do not recommend buying from this store.
This place is horrible please look at the reviews and go somewhere else! They lie and the delivery is horrible and the manager Rachel is even worse she will lie and lie and they will charge your financing account for way more than your invoice was! And the prices are double than what you can buy it online for!
10 weeks ago we bought and payed for furniture. No one has ever called us, not even the manager. We keep getting the excuse, “it’s due for delivery to our warehouse next week”...always next week. Worst experience ever!
At this point in time, trying to get someone to be honest about the couch we bought 5 weeks ago is impossible. I have received no “check in calls” on Tuesdays as promised by the sales man. I have called and left voicemails, gone in the store to ask for updates. We get vague blanket statements of “you should get a call this week to schedule delivery”. I sincerely DO NOT recommend Ashley Furniture Homestore ... after over 4 months of waiting for cabinets to be delivered, multiple un-returned phone calls, trips to the store to follow up, and finally today them blaming us for not calling them back to schedule a delivery; I opted just to cancel the purchase, even still being in the market for more furniture for the arrival of Baby L.
