Poor management in Buford Manager Kia Sat Aug 5 told me not to worry about the delivery fee and then told me after 5 hrs it took them to take the order and never could get it in system she said oh well order it online and forgot she waived it in conversation she waived it. I normally try not to leave a bad review, but unfortunately the experience at this company has been so bad that I had to make an exception. I had received my order for a sleeper couch on 3/21/21 and everything looked great but unfortunately once the couch was finished being put together, I realized I was missing one of the back cushions.
