Although I was not able to purchase a product at Ashley Homestore on Roosevelt Road in Chicago, IL on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, my shopping experience with Miranda S., a Home Furnishing Professional was extremely positive and pleasant. She graciously went out of her way to check prices and delivery dates. Miranda remained professional and personable while I decided upon the right furniture for me. When I return to this location, I will definitely ask for her assistance, as well as refer my friends to her. Celeste W.
Purchasing process was friendly and reasonably simple, but after that it was chaos. We were delivered the correct mattress but the wrong sofa 4 times after that delivery. Calling to customer service only resulted in rudeness and more incompetence each time, with a complete lack of an apologetic attitude as we were without a living room sofa for two months.
