Had a very good experience at this store in February and March of this year. The sales rep by the name of J.J. was very helpful. Knowledge of products and great customer service.
I want to let you know that Joyce Jenkins who works at the Ashley furniture store in Roanoke Virginia was an excellent sales representative and she deserves a raise for outstanding performance. I use to work in the retail industry a long time ago and I know good customer service when I see it. She took the time to show me several bedroom sets and I am coming back to Ashley furniture to purchase the set. I am very picky about furniture, but I finally found a bed set I really like. I want to say thank you JJ!!!
I bought a dinette set and hutch.... I am 100% pleased. It is the white hutch and white and brown pub table....I have got several braggs on this set since I have bought it.. I have only had it for just a few months.
Excellent service, great prices! People were wonderful!
