Purchased dining room set almost 3 months ago. Delivered with damage, reported that day. Attempted to deliver replacement, but we refused delivery because it was worse than the first set. We asked for refund and them to pick up set, but told they didn't do that because they "aren't in used furniture business". Each time I called and was told the person would return my call, it didn't happen. I had to call them again. Poor communication for a business! JJ is a superstar! She is such a sweet woman and really knows her stuff. She went above and beyond to show my husband and I all the options we were looking for, we could not have had a better person to help us out. Please swing by and see her, she really knows her stuff! J.J. and Scott were very helpful in getting my wife and I the mattress of a lifetime.
joyce J was very helpful giving us a proper tour and showing us the best mattresses and dressers. we came in looking for a black dressed and and the customer service she gave us was amazing. me and my boyfriend had a good understanding of how the beds work and the mattresses material and also pillows, we came in there to look and now are coming back to shop. she definitely knows her work. we walked in and didn’t see anyone but her she’s AMAZING!!!
