The second most popular furniture company in America, and less expensive than #1 La-Z-Boy, the furniture varies in quality and offers no warranties comparable to La-Z-Boy. Friendly and professional salespeople. The biggest weakness and failure lies in their presumably contracted furniture delivery process. In my case, I was willing to have a four hour delivery window, fair enough. Our situation is with the Ashley Furniture Outlet in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We thought our saleslady seemed so nice and efficient. After having looked at sofa's many places for many days, we found "the one" here. It has reclining pieces and we did have to get it connected up, electrically, to try them out. Then we placed our order, thinking we were getting a set just like we tried in the store. If I could give zero stars I would!! The quality of my $2,500 sectional is a joke. The way I have been treated both in store and over the phone is appalling!! Don’t waste your money on the warranty it’s a pathetic ploy to appease people with no follow through. I wouldn’t even recommend this store to my worst enemy!! Beware!! Stay far away!!
