Very helpful sales staff but not pushy at all
We had the pleasure to work with Culladnda and she is very knowledgeable and a fantastic lady to work with. Listened to my needs in finding just the right recliner for me. Very happy with what we choose. If you go to this store ask for Cullanda as she will get you just the perfect item you’re looking for.
Cullanda was a fabulous salesperson! She made us feel welcome and comfortable, answered all our questions, and let us know how to contact her for future needs. In fact, I'm thinking of calling her up and adding two items! She is definitely an asset to Ashley.
GREAT SALES PEOPLE... HORRIBLE EXECUTION We bought a bedroom and a dining set (with addition coverage) from the Mesa location. Amazing sales people! Phalen was super helpful, honesty, he was very patient and through in understanding our wants and needs. Delivery was 2 weeks out, and chairs were on backorder. We switched the chairs and waited the two weeks. The day before the delivery date we received a call saying the table was on backorder for another MONTH!!!
