My mother-in-law (80yrs old) went into the Ashley Store in Yuma, AZ to get a couch. When she came in to pick it up, the couch was on the floor with people sitting on it and it had stains. She advised she no longer wanted the couch and she was told "it's to late you told us you wanted it". They charged her credit card even though she never took possession. They refuse to credit her card back and I'm sure they sold the couch to someone else. She had to pay over $1500 and did not take possession. What kind of store is this???? ... read more
