We purchased a Queen bed with mattress and night stand we were told by the Sales Rep Miss Tomasina the bed will be in by the end of August. Called weekly to check status and was told by Monica today everything will be on on 9/04 except for the mattress 9/15 and we are having guests over.! So after closing on a new home in Myrtle Beach in the beginning of November we ordered a sofa and loveseat from a another furniture store. When I went back after Christmas they still didn’t have my furniture and said it would be another 3 weeks. Well we got a refund and went looking again. We dealt with Mathea, she was polite and professional, we purchased two living room arm chairs because they we re on sale and a bargain price. We were unable to take them when they arrived, however they agreed to store them until we returned, because we had to return home to N. J.
