My wife and i ordered a $700 entertainment stand and was assured by the salesman if i didn't want a white glove delivery I would only have to assemble minor parts ie.. doors and door knobs. After waiting 2 months for the stand they deliver a box not assembled at all. I spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and asked her to waive the $99 delivery fee due to the salesman misrepresenting what was to be delivered. It's not the average Ashley home store. Locally owned and owner is on the floor working like everyone else. Honest deals. Let's be honest I can buy furniture anywhere so why buy it here. Because I get good service and honest answers to my questions and so far the best deals in town.

I had furniture delivered today from Ashley, the second delivery in the past two months. I had three different delivery men come over, Manny twice. Service was great until we realized we were LIED to about the couch being "on sale" because it was previously used as a "staging" couch! When in fact it was a RETURN! How do I know this??? My daughter is allergic to cats! She has been having allergies with red swollen eyes and face, headaches and has missed school because she is MISERABLE!
