James assisted us in ordering our favorite on the floor furniture and not only price matched Mathis Brothers, but also beat it by over $150. Unfortunately the panel bed was sent instead of the sleigh bed. Believe me Ashley's Long Beach deserves a zero star. Absolutely dishonest I was overcharged and ripped off. General Manager Victor and Manager (supervisor)Martha refused to resolve the overcharges that were applied to Grand total, which was manipulated to a total which I never agreed to. I will never shop here again. When a down payment is made please ensure the grand total equals to what was promised. NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Ashley's.
