Not only was my face glowing after a week, the lessons I learned about nervous system and breath work really helped . Ashley is a real professional in all her works, I’ll definitely be coming back and referring all of my friends here!

I lost my father within the past year and was proccessing the grief in my own way, but was pushed by Ashley to be open minded to new forms of healing.
