Bought furniture 1 year ago (6/28/2025) and the chair was put together wrong, and is now a mess. Got it repaired first time, in January 2026- June its broken again. Repair company comes again, makes it even worse and now it doesn't work at all. Cant even get through to ANYONE at the store. About to contact the bank that they loan through. Surely they need to stop endorsing a company that fails to satisfy their customers.
Been waiting for 3 1/2 months for a rug. Very poor follow up After spending $7,000 + I will not be back. Going back again tomorrow for resoluitoon on the rug. Logistical issues? Fix them. Cancel that vendor!
I would rate -5. Bought a bunch of furniture. Paid, waited. Ended up with broken bed. Been told they could not assemble because 4 SPECIAL SCREWS are missing. Really? No. They didn't know how to assemble and left with a bunch of screws and frames and board. Should know better why no one recommend Ashley. What a pain Ashley caused us. Huge disappointment.
ZERO STARS, AVOID! Just canceled a furniture order because they won't deliver my stuff. I ordered on Sept 2nd, was told Sept 29th, then Oct 7th, then the 12th, and now I'm told it wouldn't even be loaded until October 30th. Apparently, Ashley feels it's acceptable to keep customers waiting OVER 2 WHOLE MONTHS for furniture delivery when we could easily get things delivered from another furniture company. I Don't FN think so! I'll take my business elsewhere. I will never do business with Ashley ever again. I'd give zero stars... read more
Was told at 9:00am that I could pickup my mattress at anytime before 4:00pm. Arrived at 12:00 and was told the truck arrived late and they were still unloading it. They asked me to come back in an hour and a half. Wife and I went and had lunch. Returned at 1:45 and was told they were still unloading this? Well I have no choice but to wait since I disposed of my bed on the way to get the new one. So I am still sitting here on dock ten at 10 till 3:00.
