Had a great experience at the Ashley Store in Maple Grove. Karsten was great to deal with and we got an awesome deal.
Extremely happy with the exceptional service and great attitude with our mattress salesperson, Ericka Keller highly recommend. Update: Still mostly happy, but we had a return and I had to call Ashley to have it put back on our credit card a month later - it was just sitting in their system. So, they were helpful, but if you do a return, double-check.
Right from the entry way I was ushered in by Mathew who asked what I needed and walked me through the entire process with no hesitation at all including lifting furniture around for me to see whether it was a good fit. Thank you so much for making my stay at Ashley feel like home . Will definitely come be back
