Mercedes was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and took the time to walk around with my husband and I , explaining all the bedroom sets and mattresses in detail. She made the whole shopping experience easy and fun very friendly and professional. We’re super excited about our new purchases! 🎉
Karsten went above and beyond in helping me and working with me order my furniture. I changed my mind about delivery once I left the store and gave them a call. He got it handled right away and I didn’t feel like a bother. Great employee at this location and I would go back and shop next time knowing he’s there to help assist.
I went in knowing what I was looking for but Karaten an employee was excellent as assisting me. He didn’t push and listened to what I wanted and gave me options when I asked. I really appreciated how he was there if I had questions and when I was ready to purchase but was not trying to push and sell before I was ready. Great employee and great experience.
Karsten helped us find the best mattress and frame for a great deal!! We were out the door within 30mins with everything we wanted and shipment in 3 days after purchase!
