Not impressed at all with the service that we have received in the past 2 MONTHS. We purchased a new bed in December. It came in in January. It was not even the correct size that we had ordered. When the delivery was made, they set up the bed sideways so that it did not fit on the base. They shoved the bed so close to the headboard that the adjustable base got caught while trying to go up. Valerie was fantastic to work with! She was very patient through the whole process. She wasn’t pushy and let my husband and I do our thing for the two hours we were there. Highly recommend working with her!
