All true unfortunately. I worked there and its really a one man show. ( A man who purchased Ashley, Overstock, and Regency stores in Catonsville and surrounding areas. ) He doesnt seemto care about anything except his bottom line.
I bought a $1000 recliner for my husband for Father's Day. By September the motor on the chair wasn't working correctly. I purchased a warranty and called for service only to be told that because I picked up the chair I would have to take it to the warehouse in Brandywine Md to have it evaluated. I live in Laurel, Md. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this company. I am going to Bob's Furniture. The customer service there was GREAT!
Hi, Please dont buy anything from this store. We bought $3000 worth of furniture from this store. Initially they take forever to deliver and the next thing the customer service is really bad. Our bed mattress is 3 feet high we literally have to jump to get to the bed. There is gap around the bed. My husband called to complain the Regional manager whom he spoke to was really rude not professional at all. She said we are stuck with the furniture for every. who says that?? Do not ever think about shopping at Ashley Furniture. The customer service ends the instant they have your money. The rudeness and lack of support is astonishing when there are so many different stores you can utilize in this economy. Run.
