I had a delivery scheduled on a Thursday, waited for them all day to find out that it got cancelled, this is after confirming with an agent earlier in the morning that it was scheduled for Thursday. I had an int'l flight and had to get it changed because they scheduled delivery Saturday. Saturday the driver says that some of the hardware for one of the beds not there. I would have given NO stars if I could have!!!Terrible customer service from the store in Fredericksburg VA! Silver D. Parkway!!! Don't buy anything from there!! Salesman convinced me to get 5 year warranty. Got my dining set in Oct of 2022. Table piece was missing a leaf. The store said the warranty company was responsible. Store- said Montage- warranty company was responsible. Then, on 1-25-24, put in a claim for 2 chairs that broke (we hardly ever use the set). If I could I would put -10 stars for Ashley Furniture store in Manassas VA. Stay away from them! I have purchased furniture in 2020 it was paid through store offered credit card. I have paid it off and closed the account. Now, I received a letter stating that they are taking me to collections for unpaid balanced..... This is clear harassment. It was already dismissed once by the judge as we've proved that the balanced been paid, and yet they turned around and did it again....

He is your “go to guy” for he has so much experience in the furniture business and he is one of the best if not, the best!
