Brian is a great representative. He has been assisting us for a number of years and is the first one we ask for.
We went to almost every single furniture store in Shreveport/Bossier this last weekend and this Ashley store was the only one in which we weren't greeted at the door. In fact we walked around the entire store for at least twenty minutes and were not once approached by any of the staff even though there were clearly individuals who may or may not have been managers doing not much of anything. Go in and ask for BJ or Patti to wait on you for furniture help. If you want account or service or financing help I recommend Vanessa. I have had each help me and they told me the man who runs the store is Michael Procell and that he will work hard to fix a problem or make a deal happen. I have not ever had a problem with my furniture or mattress or deliveries, so far, that is. I would very much recommend Ashley Furniture to any persons that want beautiful items and a lot of financing options and nice sales people.
