My salesperson, Hind, was so amazing. Showed me great mattress options and provided lots of info about each one to educate me. Not pushy to make a sale at all. I felt very comfortable with my decision because Hind was so helpful matching me with what I needed for my piriformis and scoliosis, while staying in budget. Next time I need furniture I will be requesting Hind Bouyadi. Right now Tuesdays and Wednesdays are her days off so go any other day to receive her great service.
We had another great experience at Ashley's! Brigitte was wonderful - so knowledgeable and provided great service! She went above and beyond to help us be creative and imaginative about how to buy for our home! This was just one stop - we'll be back because of her! And Fernando went even farther to get us an exceptional check out experience! Wish we could give more stars! Very excited for all our new furniture and my next shopping experience!

The store itself and the sales person I dealt were all good, it’s how they handled the other part. At the time that I purchased the mattress they had a promotion for a yeti cooler with purchase of a certain brand mattress. I purchased that brand. Asked the sales person about it and was told that I’d get an email about that when order was delivered. Delivery came and went two weeks after purchase, no email about the yeti.
