Very poor customer service. I ordered a box spring and mattress and they called to tell me they would be there in 40 minutes. I left work to meet them at home. An hour later I'm calling to see where they are. The delivery driver didn't answer his phone so I called the store. They will be there in 10 more minutes. Well I had to get back to work. Worst service ever. Don't shop here. And god save you if you have a warranty issue they will drag their feet so the warranty expires and the defective furniture is all yours to keep. Way to treat people who spend thousands of dollars at your store Walmart has better customer service I should have saved all my money and bought a futon from Walmart instead of this diffractive living room set.
