Elizabeth was so nice, patient, polite, welcoming and very detailed. She took her time to show us round, explain things to us and answered all our questions. She is a very good sales agent.
Reached out to the Maplewood store looking for information on a bed on sale, mentioned to Elizabeth that the bed I really wanted was unavailable as quickly as I wanted it due to back order. I was kind of “settling” for this one. She asked which bed I really wanted, and immediately said, I think I have one of those in my warehouse. Let me check and get back to you. Phillip was very patient with me and able to answer all my questions, including how close to the wall I could position the recliner. He made it easy for me to purchase the recliner over the phone after I seen it on the showroom a few days earlier.
Lizzi she is very nice and friendly she helpful and explained benefits of mattress and I didn’t expect to buy but her insight helped me make a decision
Jose did a great job showing us around the showroom and explaining different fabrics and options- he was very helpful and knowledgeable of all products categories
