So thrilled with our mattress buying experience today! There was not a single bed in the store Lizzie couldn't tell you everything about. We have been shopping for a mattress for a few weeks and I had done a ton of research and knew I wanted a Nectar set. BEWARE I was parked there for maybe 3 hours. When I returned, my car was gone. It was towed. We had a hard time figuring out who towed it. It's $360 to recover it. This was a public parking lot, and I didn't see any "no parking" signs, or "will be towed" warning signs. Then the Myth nightclub wouldn't let us back in, and we had to wait outside for over an hour for a ride, in the cold and rain. Why not just issue a ticket or a wheel lock? Like why be so unnecessarily atrocious.
Jolene was wonderful from the moment myself and my family walked into the store to shop for a new sectional ! She was warm and kind with her greating us and very informative of the new options they had as well as what to look for with the lay out of the store.
