I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. I refused delivery because the bedroom set arrived incomplete and the chest was damaged. I did not feel comfortable accepting only part of the furniture when no one could tell me when the replacement piece would be available. What makes this even worse is that Ashley is now charging me a delivery fee for that failed delivery and then charging me another delivery fee after I switched to a different bedroom set. Loved my experience as this location. Kaci was one of the best sales employees I've interacted with in a very long time. She did not try pushing me into something. She went out of her way to try to find exactly what I was looking for. She even told me to go check out the store next door to make sure there wasn't something I liked better knowing the commission wouldn't go to her at that point. Every employee I have encountered had at the store had been fantastic
They always welcoming friendly people knowledgeable about their stuff and Kevin is very easy guy to deal with he makes u feel like an old friend u suddenly meet , very helpful and it’s not the first time I bought some stuff from and it won’t be the last, thank u guys and keep the great job.
