Freddie was great with helping us pick out the perfect reclining sofa that fit our different height restrictions and needing to be leather. She was patient, kind and knew all about the sofa. Great job.
We already knew that Ashley Furniture is synonymous with quality. But working with Freddie was simply a pleasure. As we worked on identifying the right combination and price point, Freddie provided concise answers to questions about combinations and design, but she also provided us "the space" to "sell ourselves" on the furniture. Ashley's pricing business model is HORRIBLE! They do not honor price matches within their own company. Had to purchase a dining room buffet/server at full price at the Fort Walton Beach, FL store since they would not honor / match several other Ashley store prices within the same region that were as much as $400 less than the full price. FWB Ashley offered zero concession(s) for the price discrepancy with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The store manager was too cowardly to return calls and emails to discuss.
