We were looking for a dining room set and stopped by Ashley furniture. Freddie Johnson met us when we came in, gave us a flyer on Labor day specials, and let us know if we needed anything, to let her know. When we found what we liked, she brought everything to the table, and we did the transaction there. She was easy to talk to, and we never felt pressured. It was a pleasure to talk with Freddie, and we love how easy this process was. We can't wait to receive it and will be back!
After a long, LONG day of furniture shopping and 5 stores later- we found Ashley Furniture in Fort Walton and Freddie Johnson assisted us in our journey. We walked the floor and found a few sets we liked. Freddie was incredibly kind, patient and very helpful- she smiled the entire time as we shopped, talked and looked around. My husband and I recently purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat from Ashley Furniture, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We worked with Sara at the Fort Walton Beach location, and she was wonderful—very easy to work with, no pressure at all, and she gave us the space and time to find exactly what we wanted.
