The salesman was extremely rude for no reason, better people elsewhere to buy from instead.
I had to knock one star off for the false pretense of giving me a deal when in actuality it simply was the online price. My recommendation,please check the Ashley online prices vs the prices shown in the store. Upon reviewing my receipt when I got home, the online order would've been cheaper.Also noticed that I was charged $99.99 for 5 Year Furniture Protection when I was told by David he was throwing it and would cover the cost. Awful customer experience. When purchasing we agreed on delivery date with salesperson. 3 days before target date I got a confirmation about delivery date and accepted it. On delivery date nobody showed up. No calls, SMS, emails. Now it is the interesting part: during my conversation with a store rep I learnt that delivery date is actually "desirable" date and nobody guaranty delivery on that day.
