Vivian provided amazing service! We are a military family that just arrived from a 4-year overseas assignment and so we have been in our new home with no furniture. We passed by to look at couches and she got us a great deal for a sectional that we fell in love with! Thank you so much! We look forward to finally have a couch!

I recently bought a recliner at Ashley. Kay Smith was my consultant. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Especially since it took me so long to make a decision. I was there 3 different times before I made a final decision! She was very informative, patient and kind. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my final decision. Plus I have made a new friend in the process. She was an absolute joy.

Abby in Panama City was very well-informed and helpful. However, delivery was terrible. I was promised a May 1 delivery in early March. The May 1 never got put on the schedule so then was told it would arrive May 3. At the end of the day, I got a text saying they could not make it. Next available delivery date was May 8. Consequently, I spent four nights sleeping on the floor waiting for my furniture. It was delivered at 7:30 AM on May 8.
