Taylor, the store associate that helped us, was really nice, helpful, and knowledgable. Definitely helped us hone in on a good design made up of complimentary pieces and looked out for us long after we had bought the furniture. Delivery was also really nice and also looked out for some defects to get us our furniture in the best condition possible.
Taylor was so helpful and a joy to work with! She never made us feel pressured, and listened to all of our needs!
I bought a large sectional sofa here in 2022 and the staples are already exposed on the back. Very poor quality furniture
