My experience at the Ashley Store at Polaris was very positive. The salesperson was helpful in assisting me with finding the right reclining loveseat, and the purchasing process was simple and straightforward. The white glove delivery service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that the loveseat arrived with manufacturing flaws.
