Donna was wonderful! She helped me look for the perfect couch for our family!
The salesman, Brandon Blue, was friendly and professional. Provided several options to resolve my issue, no pressure to make a choice and made my experience better than I expected. Sort of changed my attitude about not shopping on-line, that was refreshing.
My husband and I went in because we want to replace the sofa and recliner in our living room but aren't sure yet what we want for new pieces. Donna was very patient with our questions and offered suggestions, and she also asked about our likes and dislikes. We really felt like she wanted to help us find the right pieces for us, and she was so friendly and helpful. We're much closer to making our decision, and when we do we'll definitely be back to see Donna.
My experience at this specific store continues to be disappointing. They hire staff that doesn't know the floor, their products and the process. All they are looking for is a quick sale and they don't care about their customers. We went in looking for a nightstand and after walking through the entire store not entirely finding what we wanted, we were told that the nightstand we chose would come assembled.
