Ashland Public Transit is a hot mess. The time ranges they give you are very wide, making it hard to prepare for a ride. The people on the phone are extremely rude, and treat you like you're an idiot for asking any questions. They told me they'd be picking me up in 30 minutes, so I hadn't fully prepared to leave. They arrived early and refused to wait for me, despite being the ones who arrived at the wrong time. They treated me horribly for asking them to just wait a few extra minutes for me. Overall just a bad experience.

Drivers are nice but office people are terrible don't tell me a time for pickup they say next available

A driver was very rude and she won't drop me off at my work place and she wanted to drop me off very different place not my work place and she wanted me to walk to my work place in the cold and the woman was driving me to work that has long fingers Niles lady

I called and they clearly lied saying they don't pick up during the week and they just picked up my neighbor
