Getting harassed with letters about never filing, you'd think for an income tax government office they would be able to use tax.ohio.gov to see that people have filed.
Got a letter on my late taxes saying that can arrange a payment plan. I’m in understanding that I did mine late, I am not saying that’s their fault. What I’m not pleased about is their letter sent stating I can arrange a payment plan only to find out I can’t because I missed the time period(even though I just got it 2 days ago). Maybe instead of being lazy and just sending out pre-printed letters with misinformation, make it right. Unprofessional.

So I moved up to Ashland and I’ve always filed my taxes via turbo tax, and now almost FOUR years later I get papers in the mail saying I have to file my city taxes by paper through this place. One lady I spoke with told me not to worry about the two years I worked, just to file the form for the year I was out of work. Now I’m being told that that’s not true, so I’m being punished for YOUR WORKERS not knowing how to do their job. Very professional! This is the dumbest system I’ve ever heard of.
Nobody likes to paying taxes, but these people are helpful and great a th their job and always pleasant. Melissa and Linda are very nice to talk to and super helpful. I apprecaite them !
