I wish I could put 100 stars. I was so happy that I took a chance on a valpack coupon last year. I made an appointment and went for my hearing test. Jennifer was so professional and personable. She took the time to sit with me and explain what all the lines on the test meant. Unfortunately at that time I wasn't able to afford hearing aids. I thought that would be the last time I heard from them. However just before I went on vacation in July I received a call saying I was due for my annual hearing test. Jennifer did a phenomenal job with my mothers hearing aids. She was patient, kind & took lots of time to explain everything to my elderly mother. The customer service is amazing.
Couldn't ask for nicer people to work with. I feel completely confident that I can trust Jennifer with all of my family's hearing needs! :)
Had a great experience there Jennifer was great . She got me fitted with hearing aids the first visit. I am completely satisfied with them and with Ashland Hearing Center. Financing was on the spot. I highly recommend this business 😃
I brought my Dad in to get a hearing test and to see if he possibly needed to get hearing aids. Just as I suspected, he was in dire need of some help although I knew he was afraid to hear that. Ashland Hearing Aid Center treated my dad like family, explained every single thing he needed to know, answered all of his and my questions, and actually made him feel good about having to get them!
