Called this location several times while clarifying the requirements to get a new city sticker and parking zone pass. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and accommodating. Came into the office and Raquel was super helpful with processing my documents and getting me the new sticker. Would recommend.
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Ashland Division Currency Exchange this morning (Tuesday). I needed to handle a few things for my vehicle, including transferring an out-of-state car title, getting vehicle registration stickers and plates, paying the sales tax on my used car purchase, and purchasing a Chicago city sticker. Scammers. Sent my family that did not speak english, not only their exchange rate is outrageous but they also charge 7usd fee for what ? They got 141 USD on a 150 EUR change.. the current rate is 1,11 USD for 1 EUR.
The cashier processing my confidential paperwork had a friend visiting her while she was working. Her friend decided to look through my papers. I asked who she was, to make sure I understood correctly. I’m pretty sure this is not legal. Additionally, two employees had dogs with them that were barking loudly the entire time I was there. This is not a trustworthy company.
