If I could give a minus it would be minus 5. After living here for over a decade with constant conflick with the council because the owners do nothing other than take the money. We have been trying to find out what we are really living in. Now we have been told in writing time and again that this is a CARAVAN SITE & NOT a residential park home. And yet the Moray council did Not have site owners adhere to the rules & regulations for a Caravan Site.
Lovely clean retirement village.
A beautifully maintained retirement village. Well kept homes and very clean.
