I am autistic with significant support needs, and the whole staff here were amazingly supportive. I was allowed to wait in my car until the appointment so that I did not have to sit in a waiting room with bright light and noise. I then saw Dr. Chaptini who was so lovely that I'm wondering where all these other reviews came from. She was kind and compassionate, she dimmed the lights for me, spoke softly, and explained the options I had thoroughly and helped me make the best decision for me. Not a great experience. After waiting almost a year to get in just for a skin check I saw Dr Christou who I found to be more judgy than helpful. She did a very un-thorough check and told me I should be having skin checks far more often (a difficult one to rectify since I had been trying to get in for almost a year) then that I should go back to my old dermatologist next time because they will be able to tell what's changed on my skin, rather than making any notes/taking photos then for next time. Helpful and straightforward staff, and Dr Simmons was similarly kind, and open about what my needs were. He tasted most of my problems in his rooms, referring on for treatment needed close to my eye and sinuses.
They just want money. No treatment and could not even find out cause of chronic skin problem. They are just guessing your disease. I regret to go there twice and waste my money with no treatment.
The most incompitant business I have ever dealt with. They took my the payment and never gave me the results. I went in and they said to call. I called they said to email... I emailed and I was ignored. Repeated that process about x5 times and everytime I was told something different. Would avoid at all costs. Inconsiderate and time waisting.
