Ashford is an exceptional place. The entire staff has been nothing but kind, attentive, communicative, and supportive to not only my mother, but to our entire family. They go above and beyond for their residents and their level of support is truly remarkable.
I was racially profiled during my interaction with Heidi, and I am extremely concerned about how the situation was handled afterward. When I attempted to address the issue, I was not provided with Heidi’s last name, and staff refused to direct me to another supervisor or representative who could properly assist me. In addition, my calls and attempts to communicate about this matter have been repeatedly ignored. Heidi falsely reported to my employer and accused me of a crim I dont committed to tarnish my job.
My mom has been residing at Ashford Assisted Living for a year now. The transition from her home was indeed challenging, and I had high hopes that she would adapt within a few months. However, it took her nearly a year to fully adjust. As many previous reviews have mentioned, the staff at Ashford is exceptional.
