Ashford Springville has great staff and the new management company WellQuest Living. If your looking for Assisted Living or memory care options this is the best one.
My mom was at the Ashford for 1.5 years and the facility is amazing. I never had to worry about my mom Or the care she was receiving. The staff was friendly and attentive and treated her like their own relative. The facility is clean and my mom was always clean and cared for. Would definitely recommend the ashford to families seeking long term care.
Ashford cared for both of our parents, 1 year for our Mother and 3 months for our Father. We spent a lot of time in the facility and were treated like family—the staff was kind, friendly and knew us by name. They were professional and attentive to our parents and their needs. The facility is clean and well maintained. The activities were enjoyable for our parents and for us!
We LOVE THIS PLACE. My father lived here in the Memory Care section the last 18 months of his life. We chose Ashford because it was beautiful for ALL RESIDENTS, not just assisted living. The Nurse and CNAs took great care of Dad as he went through stages of dementia that were really difficult. They were positive and communicated well with us as family. The activities were AWESOME! They have great activities directors! I highly recommend Ashford for Memory Care. I’m sure the Assisted Living is also stellar.
