TALKING IS EASY, BUT THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS CHEAP. I called yesterday to inquire about cutting my seatpost for proper fitting. The phone conversation went smoothly, and I was told to simply "swing by" to discuss my needs. They initially quoted $350 for a full fitting service (if I had to pay $350, I'd rather go to McBodyworx for $450), but I explained that I didn't need that much and just wanted the seatpost cut.
