Jack Boyd is a gem. A master of what he does to remove blockages and open up the structure. His approach is nurturing and gentle, and after each of my five sessions, I enjoyed the feeling of fluidity and flow in my movements. I am also very grateful for his help with my knees and pinched nerve in my hip. Don't walk, run, to make an appointment with Asheville Structual Integration!
Wow, Jack Boyd is a master at this! This work created quite a difference for me as it opened up my chest, hips, back, and even my ankles more than anything I have done, even after years of massage. This is a bit different as it works on opening the fascia and eliminating blocks and stuck energy. I love it and will certainly continue.
