A HUGE shoutout to Rex and his crew at ACE!! They ALL went above and beyond helping us pick the right ebikes for my husband and I. Very informative and killer customer service! What a fun and positive experience it was finding Asheville Custom E-bikes for the purchase of my first E-bike, an Aventon Level 3 which has so many desired features.. Very excited to be riding this Spring on such a beautiful e-bike.. The staff, specifically Nate and Rex, and the gentleman who fit my new seat for me, were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made this a wonderful experience.
