Great bikes and great service, everyone that works there was helpful. They had pretty accurate advice for my new bike. They help me after the purchase with stuff I didn’t know about e-bikes so I’m really glad for them to be the people I can trust with any mechanical issues. I had a serious problem with a bike I bought from them and they were absolutely great in mediating with the manufacturer resulting in my getting a brand new bike to replace the old one.Rex is very knowledgeable and Yael kept trying to fix the old bike, working diligently even though the manufacturer was not very responsive.
