Rex the owner has gone above and beyond for my family! A year ago, my BF bought a Himiway and an Aventon so we could go riding together. We got the home, the next weekend we took off, and major failure. The Himiway stopped working, right in the middle of our ride. I had to rescue my BF and we took the bike back to Rex. I recently purchased my first e bike from Ace bikes. Customer service was top notch and I was treated like family. I had some issues with the e bike I had purchased they were happy to help and got me fixed up in a timely manner no questions asked. If you’re looking for a place to shop for e bikes and accessories this is the place to go!
My 12 year old son and I were on a spring break trip in TN and decided to look into getting E-bikes. After calling around I spoke with ACE and could tell this was the dealer to visit as they had bikes in stock, can assemble them for you, and match online prices. We ended up buying two Aventon Aventure 2 bikes. We were able to try them out before buying and I would recommend anyone wanting to get into E-biking to visit this dealer. They also stock accessories.
You can test ride any ebike so you are guaranteed to buy the one that fits your life style and size! New store is huge! Lots of accessories to choose from. Husband and wife team is awesome.
