Poor customer service. Placed online order and added the specified discount . Came in to purchase and was told I can’t use my discount cause it was for first time patient. Nowhere does it specify it’s for first time patients online and my total went from 100 to 165. Luckily I could afford that but wha really set me off is the fact when you pay with your card in the online order line they DARE to ask you for at LEAST a 22.00 tip ranging all the way up to $45. Wow, first time I’ve walked out of a shop without buying something..:asked for a Indica dominant and it seems like the bud tender was high on something, she stood there for about 15 seconds and said nothing, I asked the question again and she seemed like she was genuinely confused that she was trying sell some pot… she offered me 3 hybrids total. After the last hybrid was offered I just turned around and walked out… I would suggest the bud tenders show up sober so they can complete a simple sale…
