I've just had an unbelievable exchange with the window cleaners ffrom this company. On the rare occasion that I happened to be home when they came to clean my windows, I pointed out that they hadn't cleaned the sills, even though I showed the cleaner the obvious dirt. He was insisting that he had, I ran my hands along the sills and showed him the dirt and explain that the sill at the window his colleague had just cleaned, also hadn't been cleaned.
