Based on reviews it does seem like customer service comes down to who you end up with helping you. So far I’ve had really great experiences there and they have a really great selection of supplies. I’m so glad they are right by my house.
Victor was excellent !!! Victor was extremely helpful throughout our balcony remodel. He worked with us on getting an excellent price for our railing system and all our Tres material. Victor was very responsive and had excellent communication with us throughout the process, he would call us and let us know when parts came in when to expect them etc. We normally buy everything through Home Depot or Lowe’s but going forward I will be giving Ashby Lumber all my business due to the exceptional service Victor provided. I called to see what our options were for replacing a glass of a window or the whole window. At one point on our call the guy abruptly said “ok then bye” when I wasn’t done inquiring. I quickly asked my last question feeling very hurried and ended the call. But wow how rude.
I purchased a stain applicator at this store recently, and called for information to replace the pad. I was not impolite, but was asking if they would please look it up for me on the display. I was hung up on, and had to call back again. I am still waiting for something that is very simple. I have never left a negative review like this before. Customer service sucks, I will have to go purchas all new stuff cause I am not driving all the way out there again.
