Good service and experienced staff I had an issue with my bike and they helped me to get back on the road.
Popped in off a ride with the kids when my son's bike brake cable needed a quick adjustment. Lee was incredibly helpful, took a look and honestly suggested that while the cable could be replaced for a small fee, it really didn't need to be done just yet. I thought there might be a small charge for the adjustment, but Lee didn't ask for anything.
