We were on a bike ride today and my daughter’s bike started making a clicking sound. Popped into Ashburton Cycles and they fixed it on the spot! Was very grateful indeed. Amazing service.

Thought I try this store as they are my local shop and had a rear tube replaced on an ebike, during the first ride the tube was punctured again due to error with installation, was charged a second time instead of being it being fixed for free. Will be avoiding going forward.
I live in Glen Iris and they picked up and dropped off my sons bike on the same day. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond on the quality and extent of the servicing they did.
