Thought I try this store as they are my local shop and had a rear tube replaced on an ebike, during the first ride the tube was punctured again due to error with installation, was charged a second time instead of being it being fixed for free. Will be avoiding going forward.
I live in Glen Iris and they picked up and dropped off my sons bike on the same day. The service was excellent and they went above and beyond on the quality and extent of the servicing they did.
The customer service here is outstanding. As a beginner who hadn’t ridden a bike in years, they helped me choose a great bike at a reasonable price. They also patiently answered all my questions in a professional yet easy-to-understand way. Highly recommended!
