I went to an accountant because obviously I am not one and wanted to make sure everything was in order for our income taxes. Tim is condescending when speaking to you, talks down to you, expects you to know everything an accountant does. If I did, I wouldn’t need an accountant. When I questioned something he instantly became defensive, raising his voice and speaking over me. Excellent accounting service. I would highly recommend. We have been using them for years and always appreciate Tim and his associates attention to detail.
Do not recommend. I understand tax season is busy but it took almost 90 days just to get my taxes filed. Over 5 phone conversations I was told my taxes would be done by the end of the month, then was told they forgot because they were filing for a large company and they took priority, after 60 days I was called with questions that were answered at the initial sit down and now finally getting my paperwork sent to me after 3 months and at the cost of $1100. I didnt use the service because I was given good advice from Timothy. Last year a few things changed in life so I thought I would need tax help. When I told him the situation he told me it really wont change anything and I could continue to do my own taxes. It was good honest advice. Thanks Neighbor.
