My first therapy session with Kiera was even better than I had hoped for! I’m so grateful that I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave Ashakti Wellness & Yoga a try! Kiera made me feel so comfortable, I feel like I was on FaceTime with a best friend! I will most definitely be continuing my therapy journey with them, and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in their provided services! 11/10 experience!🙌🏼
I had the pleasure of having my session done by Shay. She was very professional and helpful in explaining the meaning behind my ionic foot detox bath water, chakras/energy, meditation, etc. A very knowledgeable being with a calming presence. Overall my session was amazing from the reiki to the sauna blanket to the foot massage. Do yourself a favor and indulge in that self love package. It's worth! I have already boasted about my experience to my family and friend and I will be back!
I discovered Ashakti Wellness through a Groupon that I purchased. I was looking for a different way to relieve stress besides a traditional massage. My first time there I did a Reiki session with sound and light therapy. It was amazing!!! I left feeling refreshed and light. My experience with Ashakti Wellness was so amazing words couldn't describe. I have gone back several times for Therapy, Foot detoxing, Reiki sessions, Sauna blanket. Mannn!! I really love it there, it's a safe haven. It's becoming my second home.
